Speaker 1: Hello, hello, it's Nadine here and I'm here with
00:00:05
this week's episode of Life, health and the Universe, and I
00:00:10
feel like I've been saying this a little bit lately.
00:00:12
But I'm doing something a little bit different today
00:00:15
because I'm here with my guest.
00:00:19
But we're going to have to change that name Laverne Proctor
00:00:25
.
00:00:25
So Laverne was a guest back.
00:00:30
Sorry, I didn't check.
00:00:31
I think it was earlier in the year.
00:00:33
It was earlier this year.
00:00:34
I know I was trying to get hold of you from about January oh,
00:00:38
it might have been mid-year then .
00:00:39
You played hard to get.
00:00:41
So Laverne has been a guest on the podcast and if you listened,
00:00:48
then you may have remembered that Laverne supported me
00:00:54
through a journey of transference, healing at the
00:00:57
beginning of the year, and so we talked a lot about that,
00:01:00
because that's what Laverne does for a living.
00:01:02
However, we're here for something a little bit different
00:01:06
.
00:01:06
We have decided to start 2024 with a collaboration, and we're
00:01:14
going to be using the Life, health and the Universe platform
00:01:18
to do that collaboration.
00:01:20
So we're here really to give you, the listeners, a quick well
00:01:26
, quick, we say quick, we'll try and be quick intro.
00:01:29
We'll try and be quick, but not too quick, and let you know
00:01:35
what we're doing without letting you know too much.
00:01:37
A little bit of intrigue is always good.
00:01:41
A little bit, yeah, we're giving the good intrigue.
00:01:43
Dangle a few carrots.
00:01:45
We basically wanted to dangle a few carrots before the end of
00:01:48
2023 and prepare you for our collaboration in 2024.
00:01:54
So, welcome Laverne, welcome back.
00:01:58
And yeah, I'm not going to call .
00:02:00
I don't think I'll call your guests anymore.
00:02:03
What will the co, -collaborator , or something?
00:02:05
What are we going to bring?
00:02:06
I'm sure, as time goes on, we will come up with something
00:02:12
Agreed, yeah, yeah.
00:02:14
So let's just start by telling the listeners how this came
00:02:22
about.
00:02:22
Like what happened.
00:02:23
Oh, not in like great depth, but you know what was that light
00:02:27
bulb moment when you thought, oh, I wonder if we could do
00:02:31
something together.
00:02:33
I think for me, for a long time, universally, I've been being
00:02:39
tapped on the shoulder to do something in the podcast line
00:02:46
and I've sort of been ignoring it and ignoring it.
00:02:48
And then, when you and I started to build a relationship
00:02:51
and you invited me to the podcast to be interviewed, I had
00:02:57
so much fun with you, we had so much fun leading up to it,
00:03:03
through it and coming at the other side, that it spurred me
00:03:08
to say hey, nadine, would you be open to collaborating and
00:03:13
creating an interesting podcast, hopefully really topical,
00:03:18
useful to the greater community?
00:03:20
And for me, it's more along the lines of providing a guide to a
00:03:26
universal way of living, because the universe is really
00:03:31
pushing everyone where they were conscious of this or not, and
00:03:35
the more conscious, the more we awaken to this fact and
00:03:41
understand.
00:03:41
Well, okay, I need to shift and change the way I work, the way
00:03:46
I live, the way I think, and if this podcast can play a role in
00:03:52
helping people create some light bulb moments, then really I
00:03:57
couldn't think of a better person to be working with in a
00:04:00
podcast forum, and that's why this is coming about.
00:04:04
Oh, yes, I'm really looking forward to it and I yeah, I've
00:04:11
loved the work that we've done together and I am totally down
00:04:18
with the whole.
00:04:19
You know we are evolving as humans and a lot of the stuff
00:04:25
that we're doing we've been doing for a long time and
00:04:30
there's definitely that feeling of a shift and so we really want
00:04:35
to bring that to the forefront of people's what lines mind,
00:04:44
imagination, like, open up, because, yeah, there's just so
00:04:49
much more information available to us now and there's a lot
00:04:56
going on on if you look beyond your everyday life, right?
00:05:03
Indeed, yeah, and you know so, if I was to introduce myself
00:05:09
first, really so, I am LaVanne from Chiron Spectra, but I'm a
00:05:12
teacher, facilitator and channel for Transments Healing.
00:05:15
Thanks, nadine, for mentioning that Transments Healing is an
00:05:19
essential modality, it's an energy system.
00:05:21
So I will be introducing some concepts from Transments Healing
00:05:27
.
00:05:27
Transments Healing Channel and founder is Alexis Kitewright.
00:05:32
I'll be mentioning that along the way, but really, that's one
00:05:37
aspect that we will be bringing to this podcast.
00:05:42
I've got 30 years of experience in exploring.
00:05:46
You know how do you find natural ways to balance,
00:05:51
restabilize, create wellness and , you know, get on your path of
00:05:58
whatever it is you're here to do .
00:05:59
So that 30 years Transments Healing is a large part of that,
00:06:05
but there's a lot of other experiences that I'm going to be
00:06:07
bringing to this podcast.
00:06:10
But essentially, you know, nadine, when I was contemplating
00:06:13
this call, I wanted to try and succinctly give you some, the
00:06:18
listeners, an idea of, well, what's the purpose of this
00:06:20
podcast.
00:06:21
There's a lot of podcasts out there.
00:06:23
I'm hoping you and I, through our banter, through our
00:06:27
personalities, can make this fun , but, you know, on a more
00:06:32
serious note, purposeful and useful for your listeners.
00:06:36
So there's three things that were coming up for me that you
00:06:40
know you and I will be aiming to strive for through this process
00:06:45
.
00:06:45
Now, you've mentioned already there's a lot going on globally.
00:06:48
If anyone's missing that fact, well, maybe this podcast might
00:06:53
highlight that a little bit.
00:06:54
We're not going to focus on the negatives, we're going to try
00:06:57
and elevate that conversation, but there is a lot going on
00:07:00
globally and hopefully your listeners may have noticed that,
00:07:05
but not only on a global level.
00:07:07
You know, listeners may have noticed things going on in their
00:07:11
community or in an organization they're associated with, or
00:07:15
just their general environment, or they may simply be noticing
00:07:20
changes or catalysts for change in themselves.
00:07:23
So what we're aiming to do is provide some insight and
00:07:28
understanding to make sense of all of that.
00:07:31
So that's the first thing this podcast is aiming to achieve,
00:07:35
and the second thing we're going to be doing is we'll talk about
00:07:40
ways how your listeners, or our listeners, our listeners yeah,
00:07:45
I'll get used to that Our listeners can support themselves
00:07:49
through 2024, you know, and I'm looking at it well, how do you
00:07:54
support yourself personally through something that may be
00:07:57
going on for you in your life, or something going on
00:08:00
professionally in your life and you know, importantly,
00:08:04
spiritually, we are being pushed to tap into that spiritual
00:08:09
essence of self more, and I'm going to hopefully be able to
00:08:12
provide some practical insights.
00:08:14
Or what does that really mean to an individual who works in
00:08:19
corporate life or is already practicing in spiritual realms
00:08:25
but have hit a roadblock?
00:08:27
So we'll be looking at how can you support yourself.
00:08:30
And the third and last thing really is which I think the
00:08:35
golden nugget aspect of this podcast will be to provide some
00:08:39
tips, some techniques and tools that a listener can walk away
00:08:44
when saying that tip today is useful.
00:08:46
I can work with that or that technique or that tool.
00:08:51
So to walk away from each podcast with at least one thing
00:08:56
that's useful to each of your listeners and it could be a
00:09:00
different, different thing for each person.
00:09:04
The ultimate goal of each podcast is really, you know, to
00:09:08
walk away from listening to us and leave the listener feeling
00:09:15
grounded, feeling clear, feeling positive, feeling they might
00:09:22
have something new that helps them work through something that
00:09:27
might be going on in their life at that time, but also to help
00:09:33
listeners find ways to create sustainable wellness, which was
00:09:37
where I started out 30 years ago on my journey.
00:09:40
How do I sustain my wellness?
00:09:42
How do I keep balancing myself when you know life is so hectic.
00:09:48
So sustainable wellness is another key part to this.
00:09:52
And the third and last thing really is to help people.
00:09:57
How can they realize their personal goals?
00:10:01
And a person's personal goals will be unique to that person,
00:10:07
but hopefully the things that we'll be covering will create
00:10:11
realizations or light bulb moments and support others, not
00:10:16
only to create sustainable wellness, but also manifest
00:10:20
their highest potential as they move through 2024, through to
00:10:25
the end of this decade, really.
00:10:27
So those are the things that are top of mind for me.
00:10:32
Right, that's a pretty good summary, and so listeners might
00:10:38
be thinking, well, what does Nadine have to do with any of
00:10:40
this?
00:10:40
If you've been listening for a while, listeners, then you'll
00:10:46
know that I am big on asking questions and, just you know,
00:10:52
just kind of clarifying things like to to make things easy for
00:10:58
us to understand, because these topics aren't.
00:11:00
They're kind of it's a bit like life.
00:11:04
Really it's the most simple yet the most complex thing ever.
00:11:08
Right, so many intricacies, but really some real basics as well
00:11:17
.
00:11:17
So I'm just going to be here supporting Laverne, asking
00:11:22
questions to try and get that message out to you guys who are
00:11:28
listening Now, just as just an important, important factor of
00:11:32
that.
00:11:33
Nadine's agreed that she's going to turn up to each podcast with
00:11:38
the minimum amount of information of what I'm going to
00:11:41
cover, and the reason we've agreed to do that is what I love
00:11:45
about Nadine.
00:11:46
She asks brilliant questions, questions that I would expect if
00:11:51
someone was listening to us say well, what do you mean by that,
00:11:55
what does that mean, or how does that translate to?
00:11:58
And Nadine is exceptional at that.
00:12:01
And so, to put Nadine in the best position to ask questions
00:12:07
as if she was a listener, nadine has been very brave to say yep,
00:12:13
I'll turn up minimum information.
00:12:15
And no, nadine, she has the most amazing inquiry mind.
00:12:22
There's a better term for that.
00:12:23
I can't think of it right now, but anyway, you have a brilliant
00:12:27
mind and I think it's just going to play out beautifully
00:12:32
for listeners too.
00:12:33
Can I ask you and you might not want to answer this, but you
00:12:42
said that you were having this tap on the shoulder and this
00:12:46
kind of like I need to get out there.
00:12:47
I need to share this information with people.
00:12:50
How does that relate to your sense of a purpose, your purpose
00:13:05
, and how does that fit into what we're doing?
00:13:10
That's a really good question.
00:13:14
We're going to be talking about trusting in a knowing, trusting
00:13:21
intuition If something keeps coming up for you and you're
00:13:26
sort of ignoring it, but it keeps coming up.
00:13:30
We're going to be talking about these types of things over the
00:13:34
coming months, but it's been something that's probably been
00:13:38
coming up for at least two to three years.
00:13:40
I know that sounds ridiculous and I've always tried to take
00:13:46
steps forward in making this happen this whole podcast forum
00:13:50
happen and things have never quite transpired.
00:13:54
So I'll put that down to a has to be divine timing.
00:13:57
We'll talk about those types of universal principles in 2024.
00:14:02
But the types of things I'm going to be talking about are
00:14:06
things you know.
00:14:07
I'm going to be bringing my personal experiences to this and
00:14:12
I see my purposes to support others in their own spiritual
00:14:18
awakening process, whether a person feels they're in it or
00:14:21
not.
00:14:22
Yes, I will help people identify .
00:14:25
Well, am I in a spiritual awakening?
00:14:27
What does that mean for me?
00:14:30
What does that look like?
00:14:31
So you know, I've been waking up for 30 plus years and really
00:14:38
stepping into what I know.
00:14:41
So it's a knowingness of what I'm here to do, and this is just
00:14:46
a key aspect to that.
00:14:49
I hope I've answered your question.
00:14:50
It wasn't a small question.
00:14:54
He wasn't like what's your purpose?
00:14:57
I think that will naturally unravel over time.
00:15:03
To be honest, there's the stepping stone, and this is the
00:15:07
other thing people need to trust Synchronicity of what plays out
00:15:12
in their life, and this is another thing we'll talk about.
00:15:14
So you're going to hear these sorts of things again.
00:15:17
You have to trust synchronicity , someone appearing in your life
00:15:20
at the right time and you know, you get this light bulb moment
00:15:23
and you do it.
00:15:23
These are all steps to a greater purpose of what you may
00:15:30
end up doing at some point in the future.
00:15:31
And it's a stepping stone, yeah , and I think the like, as I
00:15:41
mentioned at the beginning, like us humans, we're evolving at
00:15:46
quite a pace right now.
00:15:48
I listened to a podcast yesterday and they were sort of
00:15:52
going over some of the things from the 1990s, between 1990 and
00:15:56
2000.
00:15:57
And like the amount of progress that we've made in terms of how
00:16:01
we communicate with technology and you know, all of these
00:16:06
things that have accelerated so much of us, our connection to
00:16:10
each other, but how that, like that evolution is continuing and
00:16:16
it's almost like, yeah, beyond, we can't.
00:16:21
We can't really.
00:16:22
No, what happened?
00:16:27
And the thing is some of these things, this evolutionary
00:16:33
process that we're all in humanities, in the planets, in.
00:16:36
You know, it can seem quite subtle day to day.
00:16:41
Yes, yes, you can look back over 12 months and you go oh my
00:16:45
God, yeah, there's been massive change.
00:16:47
Yes, there's been a lot of technological changes.
00:16:51
You know, that's one aspect.
00:16:53
Well, at the same pace of your seeing the acceleration of
00:16:57
technology changes, that's actually happening within us.
00:17:01
We're just not necessarily completely aware of that.
00:17:06
Yeah, but we'll cover things like that and you know, I'm
00:17:10
going to trust the synchronicity of topics.
00:17:12
I won't necessarily be in like a, you know, a logical order,
00:17:16
but I'm just going to trust that .
00:17:18
Well, the topic this month we're going to cover is this,
00:17:21
and that's going to be perfect for that moment.
00:17:24
Yeah, yeah, but we might be mixing a match and moving around
00:17:28
and going back to what happened in the Lantini, lemuria and why
00:17:31
that's impacting us.
00:17:32
Now, you know that might be month 12, you know.
00:17:35
So we're just going to go with the flow.
00:17:38
Go with the flow, go with the synchronicity.
00:17:40
That's what we should call it.
00:17:42
We haven't got, have we got, a name?
00:17:45
We'll continue to chat about that.
00:17:49
But, yeah, so we haven't got a name for this particular part of
00:17:53
the podcast.
00:17:54
We know it's like a part of life health in the universe, but
00:17:58
it's going in its own separate range, its own tangent, yeah,
00:18:07
under that main umbrella.
00:18:08
So we are going to, we are going to give it a name at some
00:18:13
point, but not right now.
00:18:17
Stay tuned for that.
00:18:21
The plan is that, for listeners, if you are trying to find that
00:18:25
particular episode of life health in the universe, the icon
00:18:32
will be purple and it will have a picture of both myself and
00:18:36
Laverne on it.
00:18:37
Laverne, are you still?
00:18:40
Are we still planning on including a separate recording
00:18:43
of a meditation to support the episode?
00:18:47
Absolutely, every podcast will have its own unique meditation.
00:18:51
Some will might only be in five minutes long, because what I'm
00:18:55
trying to do is empower people to find different meditations
00:18:59
that suits them, because everyone's got a busy lifestyle.
00:19:02
So some might go for 20 minutes , some might go for 15, some
00:19:05
might be a five minute exercise.
00:19:07
But, yes, every podcast will have that as a takeaway element
00:19:13
too, and we will have those available as a separate part of
00:19:19
the podcast so that you don't need to listen to the whole
00:19:23
podcast and then try and find the meditation.
00:19:26
It will be separate for you guys to download.
00:19:31
All right, anything else you want to add?
00:19:32
Laverne, before we say farewell , until recording number one.
00:19:37
I think that's it.
00:19:39
I think we've given a little bit of insight.
00:19:44
Hopefully it will create interest and we'll connect,
00:19:51
obviously to do the first recording and obviously Nadine
00:19:55
will be posting that, as she usually does.
00:19:59
Yeah, oh, third Friday of each month, that's correct.
00:20:05
So the first one.
00:20:07
So the introduction you're going to be sending out shortly,
00:20:10
but the first podcast, the Jan, was it Around the whatever?
00:20:16
The third week calendar, I think of January was what we
00:20:22
said.
00:20:22
Yeah, it's written down.
00:20:25
We know what we're doing.
00:20:25
Just trust us.
00:20:27
Just trust us.
00:20:28
Okay, guys, thank you for listening.
00:20:30
We'll speak to you again soon.
00:20:32
Bye for now.
