Katie Krimitsos is the founder and CEO of the Women's Meditation Network, a family of 24 meditation podcasts dedicated to helping women and kids find peace, presence, and purpose through guided meditations. Since 2018, Katie has been creating guided meditations that help women sleep better, release anxiety and experience deep inner peace. The Women's Meditation Network is recognized all over the world and has garnered over 200 million downloads, placing Katie in the top 0.1% of all podcasts. Across the network, her episodes are downloaded an average of 4 million times each month, helping listeners across the world manage stress, sleep better and create intentional lives. The creation of the Women’s Meditation Network came during a transformative time in Katie’s life. Pregnant with her second daughter, she felt a deep call to pause her prior business and allow space for something new. In that quiet, the vision for a meditation network emerged, giving rise to her first podcast, Meditation for Women, in 2018. Her journey has been a testament to the power of slowing down and connecting within, embracing the beauty of imperfection along the way. Katie’s meditations and reflections draw from her own experiences of hope, pain, healing, and resilience. As a wife, mom, and entrepreneur, she brings authenticity and warmth to everything she creates. Through her writing and meditations, she continues to inspire others on their journey of self-discovery, offering connection and compassion in our shared human experience. By popular demand, Katie is now opening her signature course Meditate to Magic to women all over the world who want to learn how to use the tool of meditation to activate their intuition, shed the stress and live their lives aligned.
