I am Ev Foster, a business leader, author and mentor, and the owner of Keller Williams Scotland, whose work is grounded in one core belief: change starts with choice. My career has spanned several decades and multiple industries, shaped by courage, reinvention and a deep understanding that even the smallest decision can alter the direction of a life.
I began my professional journey in the 1990s and went on to build and lead businesses across different sectors, including financial services and the health and wellbeing space. Each chapter of my career has strengthened my belief in personal responsibility, self leadership and the power of intentional choice.
At the heart of my work is my published book Change Starts with Choice. The book reflects my lived experience of navigating challenge, change and growth, and offers a grounded, practical perspective on how one choice at a time can create momentum, clarity and transformation. It is written especially for those who feel stuck and are ready to reclaim their power.
My ethos, Change Starts with Choice, underpins everything I do. It shapes the way I lead, the way I teach and the way I support others through periods of transition. I am passionate about creating spaces where people feel empowered to think differently, take responsibility and move forward with confidence.
Alongside my professional work, I am currently studying towards a master diploma in intuitive psychology. This is deepening my understanding of human behaviour, mindset, emotional intelligence and the inner drivers behind change, allowing me to support others at a much deeper level.
Above all, I am a proud mum to four young adults who keep me grounded, inspired and constantly learning. Family is my anchor, and my life is centred on creating meaning, balance and fulfilment, not just success.
